Vida Miller
Vida
O. Miller, a Pawleys Island gallery owner in her fifth term in the
South Carolina House of Representatives, says it's important for
elected representatives to have experience and know the legislative
process to help people. There are four members of the Georgetown
County Legislative Delegation; two are in their first terms as freshmen.
"Sending
another "freshman" to Columbia is not in the best interest
of our district as there are many projects pending that we simply
cannot afford to lose because of inexperience," says Miller,
who is married to J.D. Miller. "My record is proof of my ability
to 'get things done' and I will continue use my seniority and knowledge
to fight for the citizens of District 108 and our area."
House
District 108 includes the eastern portion of Georgetown County and
parts of northern Charleston County including McClellanville and
Awendaw.
